SERVICES INCLUDED
1.) English to Korean Translation
Prepare preferred word count per required number of seconds you wish to use in talking to your specific artist beforehand. An estimated number of words is already provided for your reference. Please see table below.
After deciding on the number of seconds/number of words, the English version will be requested to be sent. Then, we will translate it for you in Korean. A Korean transcript, if you can read Hangeul, is provided after translation to Korean. If you do not know how to read Hangeul, a romanized transcript, spelling out how the words are pronounced, will be sent as well.
2.) Practice Audio
When the target number of seconds is already achieved after translation to Korean, a sample audio will be sent to you. This practice audio will also be the means to know that the number of seconds planned beforehand will fit in the actual fan meeting. It is also provided for you to know how to pronounce the words correctly. This will help you during your self-practice before scheduling a video call practice with us. Aside from that, we will also request an audio clip from you to check if your self-practice has gone well. This will also help us to prepare on what else to improve, like your pronunciation, before the actual video call practice with us.
3.) Video Call Practice
When you are already confident that you practiced your lines well, we can set an appointment for video call at least a week before the date of practice. The video call practice will last an hour. We will request you to recite your practiced transcript then we will give feedback about your performance. The session will be recorded for reference purposes. If you wish to practice with us longer than one hour, additional charge of 500PHP (10USD) per 30 minutes extension will be requested.
We will also request feedback from your fan meeting experience to further improve our services.
Our service is consisted of 3 parts.
1st part – English to Korean Translation.
2nd part – Audio Recording
3rd part – Practice Sessions
For 1st part, rate depends on the number of words (or number of seconds) you wish to be translated.
For 2nd part, the audio recording is packaged with the practice sessions.
For 3rd part, the practice session is fixed to 1 hour. If you wish to exceed, it will be 500php (10USD) per 30 minutes extension

MODE OF PAYMENT
Note: At least 50% of the total payment should be paid first before processing the service requested. The other 50% should be paid before proceeding to the video call practice sessions.
Below are the accepted mode of payment.
1.) G-cash
For clients from the Philippines, you can send in your payment through G-cash. No additional charges will be requested through this mode of payment.
2.) Paypal
For international clients, you can use Paypal as mode of payment. There will be additional charge of 4.4% x (total amount to be paid in PHP) + 15 PHP. This is the amount charged by paypal during transaction.
